Former Fluminense centre-back Digão could face a prison sentence after a judge ruled that he must pay a fine within 72 hours or be condemned.
Digão, now playing for Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia, was caught driving with a false licence in July 2010 in Duque de Caxais.
