Philippe Coutinho has been rewarded for his excellent recent form by being nominated for the player of the month award for February.
The Brazilian scored two scintillating strikes against Southampton and Manchester City as Liverpool continue to push on.
Coutinho will now be hoping to progress in the league aswell as advance in the FA Cup. Liverpool have the chance of meeting Aston Villa in the semi finals at Wembley if they can defeat Blackburn Rovers in a quarter final replay.
Harry Kane, Dame N’Doye, Mesut Ozil, Ben Foster and Jonjo Shelvey are also nominated for the player of the month award.
