Wallace was one of the prospects from Cruzeiro but was bought by famous football agent Jorge Mendes who placed him at Braga. After failing to play there, he joined Monaco in France where he’s slowly establishing himself as a starter. Wallace told Globo Esporte: “I think the game against Arsenal would be very difficult for us players. They have fast and experienced players. We should try to neutralize them. I think Alexis Sánchez, who’s going through a great time, will be the one who gives more work for us to do. He’s clever.”
