Newly promoted Brasileirão club Ponte Preta have signed young striker Biro-Biro on a season long loan.
The 20 year old has moved from Fluminense to gain more playing time and Ponte Preta will be hoping he can fire the goals that unsure survival next year.
Biro-Biro failed to find the net last season in 14 appearances and would have found opportunities limited again this season.
“I am very happy I have the chance to play for Ponte Preta,” said Biro-Biro, “It is a club that has passionate and fanatical fans and is assembling a strong team for next year. I hope I grab this chance,”
The youthful attacker is the club’s tenth signing since last season.
