Neymar underwent a medical on Wednesday morning alongside team-mates Daniel Alves, Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano.
The 22-year-old has been out of action since being kneed in the back by Colombia’s Juan Zuniga in the World Cup quarter-final on 4 July.
Neymar had previously said he was lucky not to be paralysed by Zuniga’s challenge so will be pleased to have been given a clean bill of health by the medical staff at Barca.
“They all passed with flying colours and are now set for three weeks of intense training in the build-up to the start of official matches in three weeks’ time,” the club said on its official website.
Barcelona begin their La Liga campaign on August 24 against Elche.
