Complications over Kaka’s future are holding up Milan’s move for Hellas Verona midfielder Juan Manuel Iturbe, according to reports.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that new Head Coach Filippo Inzaghi has singled out Iturbe as one of his main recruits for next season.

The Argentine has had an excellent year at Verona, but is expected move on this summer.

Milan are likely need upwards of €15 million – the fee Verona have paid to FC Porto to make their loan agreement permanent – to sign Iturbe, but require Kaka to move on to free up the necessary finances.

The Brazilian is widely expected to sign for Orlando City in January, but is currently having problems finding a Brazilian club to play for until he’s ready to head to Major League Soccer. The concern for Milan is that Iturbe is tempting to move elsewhere before Kaka seals his exit.
