FIFA’s secretary general, Jérôme Valcke, is keeping a close eye on Arena das Dunas as work continues before the tournament in Brazil.

“Just completed visit at Arena das Dunas. Race against the clock. Still lots to be done for fans and media,” said Valcke on Twitter.

“We need full commitment from all parties in Natal to ensure all will be in place and tested.”

This week, Valcke praised preparations at both Arena Pernambuco and the World Cup stadium in Salvador.
