Report: Napoli could target Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro after growing tired with other targets
Napoli could be set to turn their attention to Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro, according to reports.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Partenopei are growing frustrated in their pursuit of Lyon’s Maxime Gonalons and Barcelona’s Javier Mascherano and are ready to look elsewhere.
Sandro, who has long been linked with a move to Serie A, is believed to be their preferred alternative.
The Brazil international - capped 17 times - has endured a frustrating season at Tottenham, where he was sometimes not even included in the match day squad by Head Coach Tim Sherwood.
With Spurs currently without a manager however, Sandro’s future is unclear, but the player's agent has admitted a move could be possible, if Tottenham are wiling to sell.
