Sao Paulo attacker Ademilson has pleaded with club boss Muricy Ramalho to give him more of an opportunity with the Brazilian giants after sampling first team football in the past twelve months.

Despite the competition for places up front being a healthy one- Muricy can also call on Luis Fabiano and Alexandre Pato- the young 20 year-old has backed his own ability to force his way into the reckoning.

“I’m glad to be doing well, but I have it in my head that I always need to score goals. Today I feel better than at the start of the season.”

“I’m understanding what Muricy is asking of me and, God willing, I will start playing as a starter and not from the bench.”

Ademilson is held in high regard at Sao Paulo and the player with almost 50 games to his name already is expected to represent the club on a regular basis in 2014.
