Lekhwiya midfielder Nam Tae-Hee is confident South Korea can make it through to the World Cup knock-out stages.

The Taegeuk Warriors have been drawn in Group H alongside Algeria, Belgium and Russia.

Tae-Hee, who has eleven caps, admits South Korea will not have it easy, but believes they will be in a strong position to progress if they can secure a good result in their opening match against Russia.

“If we show who we really are, then we can qualify,” he told FIFA.com. “The match against Russia will be the most important one because it’s our first. Then we’ll just have to see how we go against Belgium and Algeria, who are both good sides.”
