Hernanes believes he has settled in well at his new club and is looking forward to helping Inter Milan pick up three more Serie A points on Sunday against Torino.

The Brazilian joined Inter late in the winter transfer window from Lazio and told Sky Italia of his happy time with the Nerazzurri so far.

Football italia quoted the 28-year-old, he said: ““One month has gone by quickly. I am happy and I get on well with everything, from the staff to my teammates. “

“I’m feeling good and I am available to go out on the pitch from the very first minute. We want to give a good performance and try to get a win from the beginning till the end of the match.”

The Brazilian also gave his thoughts on the current situation going on at his former club in Rome.

Hernanes admitted he feels sorry for his former team mates after Lazio fans protested against his transfer to Inter.

“I know that it’s a difficult period for the club and for Lotito.

“I hope they can find a bit of peace, even though I don’t know how that will happen. I feel sorry for my old teammates, playing without fans is horrible and demotivating. I hope they sort things out.”
