Speaking as part of a VisitBritain campaign, the Brazil international praises the diversity of London’s attractions and entertainment – and reveals the one thing he loves in particular.
26-year-old David Luiz has described how thankful he is for the opportunity to live in London and play for Chelsea. He visited all the main tourist attractions upon his arrival in the capital and stated that his favourite place is Legoland Windsor.
“I am a privileged person to be able to live in one of the best cities in the world and to play for one of the best football clubs in the world, too,” said the Champions League winner.
“I try to enjoy it and thank God for it every day. Here you have all the entertainment needed for me and for my family.”
“I know everything here and so does my family. Big Ben, the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, Tower Bridge; my family and I wanted to visit all the tourist sightseeing spots.”
“I like Legoland very much. I went with a good friend of mine. It was incredible. I cannot remember very well the names of the things there, but it was beautiful,” he completed.
