Kaká is not expected to be fit for Milan’s tie with Napoli on Saturday.
The 31 year-old, who rejoined the Rossoneri on a free transfer from Real Madrid in the summer, missed training on Thursday.
The play-maker is believed to be have been suffering with the flu and as such was not involved with his team-mates on Wednesday either.
Should Kaká miss out, then Queens Park Rangers loanee Adel Taarabt is expected to be handed his debut from the start.
