Botafogo have unveiled new signing Juan Carlos Ferreyra.
The Argentinian forward, who has been signed from Paraguayan side Olimpia, was a key member of the squad that was beaten by Atlético Miniero in the Copa Libertadores final last season.
“I am very happy to be here,” he said, as reported by Shanghai Daily. “it’s an enormous step in my career.”
The 30 year-old is expected to make his debut in Botafogo’s Copa Libertadores first stage match against Deportivo Quito on Wednesday 29th January.
