Ex-Paysandu coach Paulo Campos has been named as the new assistant of Wanderley Luxemburgo at Real Madrid.
Campos arrived in Madrid on Tuesday and will be presented this week in the Austrian city of Irding, where the merengue team will finish their pre-season before the beginning of Liga.
Since last week, speculations were coming out pointing towards the current coach of FC Santos, Alexandre Gallo, personal friend of Luxemburgo. However at the beginning of the year, Paulo Campos carried out a training course for a few weeks in Madrid with Luxa. The two men seemed to get on well together and share the same philosophy of play.
