PSV launch Leandro appeal

PSV Eindhoven are set to appeal to Fifa after the international body sanctioned the controversial move of 21 years old Leandro Bonfim. Young midfielder was a player of PSV from 2001 and joined Porto in this January, although the Dutch outfit have been demanding compensation for the player they helped to nurture. He has not played any matches for Porto yet. Whilst the results of the appeal are yet to be seen, the two clubs continue to haggle over a suitable financial settlement.
