Corinthians claim to be close to agreeing a move to bring Kleberson back to Brazil from Manchester United.
This would tie in with there claims to have secured a big named player.
The midfielder is unsettle in England and perhaps would have left Old Trafford last month had he not required an operation on an Achilles injury.
“I have information that his agent will be in Sao Paulo today,” Paulo Angioni, an official working on behalf of the club, told Gazeta Esportiva.
“But I do not know for sure that the player will join.”
The World Cup winner could link up with Argentinian starlet Javier Mascherano, who is also believed to be close to sealing a move across South America from River Plate.
