The win saw them move one step closer to winning the title as they advanced to the finals, where they will take on current holders Palmeiras who defeated Corinthians in the other semifinal fixture.
For Tricolor, Arboleda, Gabriel Sara, Pablo and Luciano all scored in the convincing rout.
It was a game to forget for Mirassol goalkeeper Alex Muralha, who was more or less at fault for both goals.

The Paulista Football Federation have announced the date for the first leg of the finals as the 21st of May, with the first leg to be played at Allianz Parque. The return leg will now be played at Morumbi.
