After the penalty was scored and the video check, Mano went nuts with the referee José Mendonça da Silva Junior: “enjoy the game, you won’t beep any more”, “leave this bum there, and don’t talk to bum”. He later ended up with a yellow card for invading the pitch to complain and did not greet Odair Hellamnn on the field.
In the first half, there were limited spaces to created chances at Maracanã. Nenê with his man of the match performance was the only player to try something different on the pitch.
