Juventus and Inter Milan played out to a goalless draw in the second leg of the Coppa Italia at the Alianz stadium on Tuesday night.

However, a 2-1 victory in the first leg was enough to see the Bianconeri advance to their 20th final of the competition. The reigning Italian champions are the most successful side in this competition, wining it 13 times and featuring in six out of the last seven finals.

Brazilian duo Danilo and Sandro started for Juventus on a day where they only needed to avoid a defeat.

The pair have been consistent for Andrea Pirlo this season. They are also part of the final shortlist in the running for the Samba Gold award. The winner will be awarded later this month.

It was a game where Inter mostly dominated but had no real trouble for Gianluigi Buffon in the Juventus goal. In the second half, Ronaldo and Lukaku both had chances to score but there was no breakthrough from either side.

In fact, the best talking point from the game came from the sidelines. Just after the halftime whistle, Inter boss Antonio Conte was seen directing a middle finger gesture at Juve owner Andrea Agneli.

It seemed to be all over but the Juve CEO also hit back at the Inter boss after full time and appeared to direct some curse words at him. It is important to note that Conte was once Juventus manager as well.

Juventus now have the chance to win their second trophy this season, having won the Supercoppa in January. On the path of Inter, it means they now have just the Serie A left as their final chance of silverware this term.
