Just 48 hours after beating Goiás, Domènec Torrent saved parts, tried to breathe, but the team felt the wear and stumbled in front of a well-groomed opponent. Claudinho opened the scoring with a great goal and Lincoln equalized with a header.
There were no goals in the first half and it was one lacking in quality in general.
With high marks and good plays on the side of the field, especially with Claudinho but it did not amount to much. It was pretty poor from both sides in summary.
The second half was much better in general. Bragantino repeated the run at the beginning of the second half and opened the scoring in the first minute. Claudinho tabled with Ytalo, took advantage of the spaces left by Thuler and Léo Pereira and scored a great goal. It took until the 70th minute for Flamengo to equalize via a good goal from Lincoln. Both sides then settled for a draw.
Flamengo lost the opportunity to take the isolated lead in the table and reached the same 31 points from Atlético-MG and Internacional. In the tiebreaker criteria, however, the Dome team is third: the Rooster, even with one game less, has one more victory (10 to 9), while Colorado takes the better on goal difference (13 to 7).
For their next outing, Flamengo will take on Corinthians on Sunday at Neoquímica Arena for the 17th round.
