The UEFA president, Michel Platini, was keen to leave a message yesterday, on Europe 1, to the Brazilian legend Pelé. The former France team captain wished a fast recovery to the best scorer in the Seleção history.
“We are all happy to know that he’s feeling better and will leave hospital. Pelé is THE player in the football history and we all want him to stay a long time with us.”
