I think to be honest Fred is not th ultimate solution, for a player with skill Brazil's best hope is Hulk and Neymar, however th steel of someone like Fernando is still required, his main challenge may be that he is not th best of ball players

I think Fernando and Paulinho are competing for the same spot in the team. I still think Hernanes gives the side some creativity midfield!

Fernando definitively deserves to be called and tested. Fernando is a real number 6 player but with a good technic. Paulinho is a real number 8, playing as a relay at Corinthians and in the Seleção. Brazil has played with two number 8 with Mano Menezes: Paulinho and Ramires. It is not impossible but it is not Scolari philosophy .

I think he is a good player, this year will be important for him. He wanted to stay in Brazil and to not come-back in Portugal.
But not yet ready for the Seleção for example, but i think his potential is high!

Yeah I don't think he is ready for the national team but the 2014 world cup is not out of the question.
