Neymar says that winning the World Cup remains his biggest dream. The Brazilian has won a host of trophies in his career, including the Champions League and Copa Libertadores.

Neymar says that winning the World Cup with Brazil is his principle ambition for his career now, with Qatar 2022 his next opportunity.

“I haven’t won a World Cup yet, which is the most important dream I have,” he told Globo Esporte. “I hope I can achieve this by the end of my career, but I also know that it is very difficult, very complicated, but I will do my best to achieve that dream.”

The player returned to his native Brazil at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, where he continues to train with the Ligue 1 season cancelled and PSG awarded the title.

“I am staying with my family, quarantined, I am training almost every day, I am trying to keep myself in shape, which is a very difficult thing, but it is something that is very important. I’m always training.”
