If you are a football fan, you surely enjoy watching the English Premier League. Players from around the world are eager to try themselves in this competition. Over the years, EPL had dozens of players from Brazil, but what are the current biggest stars? Take a look below and see if you can find your favorite!

Alisson

Since we are talking about Brazil, it might sound weird that we are starting the list with a goalkeeper, but Alisson deserves it. Once he moved to Liverpool in 2018, he was the world’s most expensive keeper. Although Kepa has taken its place on the top, Alisson seems to be faring much better in the Premier League. He won the European champion title, and the club also has good odds of winning EPL in 2020.

Roberto Firmino

While Alisson stops the shots from entering the net, Firmino’s task is to score as many goals as possible. The two Brazilians play for the same team, although the attacker has been a member of Liverpool since 2015. Until today, he has scored more than 50 goals for Liverpool and 13 for the Brazil national team.

Roberto Firmino’s goals will play an integral part in Liverpool’s campaign for the EPL title.

Lucas Moura

Lucas Moura plays for Tottenham Hotspur, and he was on the losing side of the UCL final match against Liverpool. Although Moura didn’t win anything with Tottenham, he lifted four Ligue 1 trophies with Paris Saint-Germain, and he won the FIFA Confederations Cup with Brazil in 2013.

It is interesting to note that Moura changed three clubs throughout his youth career. Juventus-SP and Corinthians failed to recognize his talent, but Sao Paulo did. It was there where he earned the move in PSG in 2012.

Richarlison

We see English Premier League clubs splashing their cash frequently. Although he can’t compete with the biggest stars, Richarlison’s transfer from Watford to Everton was paid a whopping €39 million.

It didn’t take long for the Brazilian forward to start contributing to his new team. In over 50 matches for Everton, Richarlison scored more than 50 goals. However, his biggest achievement is winning 2019 Copa America with the Brazin national team. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Richarlison move in one of the clubs that are competing for the title soon.

Willian

Willian is the oldest of the five footballers that we listed in this article, Willian. The fantastic winger has played for Chelsea on more than 200 occasions and won the EPL and League Cup. It is interesting to note that Willian was chosen by his teammates as the club’s player of the season twice.

As for the national team, Willian has 70 appearances, nine goals, and a single title won with Brazil in 2019 Copa America. He also lifted the UEFA Cup trophy with his previous club Shakhtar Donetsk.
