Coleman Praises ‘Warrior’ Richarlison
Everton right-back Seamus Coleman says that Richarlison is one of the best attackers he has ever played with.
The Toffees skipper has been a teammate of Richarlison’s for the last 18 months, having also played with the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Robbie Keane.
Coleman thinks Richarlison might be the best of the lot, telling Evertonfc.com, “He is so loved in the changing room – he’s a great character.
“What I enjoy most about him – and I know everybody loves to see the goals – is his work-rate and desire to win.
“He’s got niggles every second week, but he gets on with it. He’s a warrior and we’re very happy to have him. He’s a proper Everton player.”
The Brazilian recently scored a solo goal against Crystal Palace and Coleman says he was dumbfounded watching the goal unfold.
“He made that goal [against Crystal Palace] out of nothing, really. I was watching it from the right-back position and I’m thinking, ‘There is every chance he can get something here’. He finished it brilliantly.”
