Liverpool Are ‘Like A Shark That Smells Blood’ Says Alisson
Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson says that success is breeding success at Anfield. The Reds are on course for a first league title in 30 years.
If they win at Norwich on Saturday, they will go 25 points clear at the top of the table. They are also the current reigning European champions.
Alisson says the team are driven on by the thought of success, telling Folha de São Paulo, “We got a taste of victory winning the Champions League, and now we want more.
“It's like a shark that smells the scent of blood in the water, goes blind and attacks. We've developed a killer instinct within our team.
“We sense we can get what we want. We've still got a long way to go, but we're going to keep it up.” Alisson also says Klopp’s direct style is key for the players.
“He's straightforward and honest. He believes in his method," he said. “He's a very fair guy who treats everyone well."
