West Ham manager David Moyes has been dealt a blow with the news that Felipe Anderson will be out for about a month with a back injury.
Anderson missed the 1-1 draw with Everton last weekend after an awkward fall during the previous game at Sheffield United.
Moyes has revealed that the prognosis is for a further absence. “Felipe’s got a problem with his back, which looks like it’s going to keep him out for about four weeks,” he revealed.
Anderson scored his first goal of the season for Moyes’ first game in charge earlier this month in a 4-0 win over Bournemouth.
