Brazil boss Tite admits that Tuesday’s 3-0 win over Korea was a relief after a run of five games without a win.

However, the Seleção boss admits he expected better results during a transitional period for his team.

“We’ve made mistakes, including my mistakes, because I am responsible. Sometimes I find a solution, but not finding the definitive solution, by trial and error.

“We switched the sides of Paqueta and Arthur. I'm using an example to make the person understand that this happens.

“When we get out of a dispute and you win it, your degree of competitiveness lowers.” Tite says he was glad to be able to give minutes to different players against Korea too.

“My expectation was of better results. We were unhappy even when we performed well. For example, we created three great opportunities against Argentina, but didn’t take them.

“In a game like that it slays you, it was tough. Against Korea we had a better performance throughout the game.

“But the main goal was to give players some minutes and have players steady themselves. For example, Paqueta, Militão, Fabinho and Lodi are now options for us.”
