Brazil left-back Renan Lodi says that he and his teammates will try their hardest to end their winless streak against Korea for their manager Tite.

The Seleção have not won since their Copa América victory in July but will aiming to end that run against Korea in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

Left-back Renan Lodi thinks the win will come soon, “After the Copa America we haven’t had good results, but Tite’s work is being well done, everyone is doing what he asks.

“Everyone is giving their all. We are giving our life on the field. It’s a football thing, soon the victory will come, this weight will come out.”

The Atletico Madrid man says he realises his place in the national side is not guaranteed. “I have to keep doing the same thing I’m doing in my club, nothing different.

“It is maintaining my regularity, my performance and this evolution. I’m not guaranteed in the national team, there’s Filipe Luis, who is on Tite’s radar.

“In fact, I have to thank Filipe for everything he did for me, he texted me when I arrived at Atlético. Having this sequence in the club, I’m sure to have more chances in the national team, that’s what I want. Being here is the best thing in the world.”
