Manchester City striker says that winning the Champions League remains a burning ambition for him- after winning the World Cup with Brazil.

City went out of the competition on away goals at the quarter-final against Spurs last season and the club are yet to win the tournament in their history.

The Brazilian striker says the trophy is very much on his bucket list with City having won their opening two group games this season.

“Every player has the desire to play and win the Champions League,” he told Esporte Interativo. “World Cup is the first and then Champions League comes next.

“I do share this desire and try to do my best in every opportunity like the Shakhtar match. I try to keep my dreams to myself, I don’t like to share.

“But obviously I want to win more titles – the Champions League. I have a long way of development ahead.”
