Paris Saint Germain boss Thomas Tuchel says there are no new developments on Neymar’s future and that he remains a PSG player.
The Brazilian has been linked with a return to Barcelona with reports suggesting PSG would be willing to sell at the right price.
However, PSG boss Tuchel says no offer has been forthcoming and he considers Neymar a PSG player until he is told otherwise.
“I don’t have any new information for you on Neymar,” Tuchel told reporters. “He is one of our players and, in any case, this is a question between the club and Neymar.
“For me, he is in our squad and one of my players, there is nothing new.” Tuchel also says the player still needs to reach top fitness following an ankle injury.
“Neymar has suffered many injuries, which prevented him from competing in Copa América. When you return, it is essential that you are in top physical shape.
“For this reason, he has trained individually, but tomorrow he can train with the group. It would be too big a risk to play him now.”
