Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino knows his side must get back to winning ways, having lost their last two matches- in the League and FA Cup.

The Reds had their lead at the top of the Premier League slashed to 4 points after defeat at Manchester City last week.

Jurgen Klopp’s side travel to Brighton this weekend and the Brazilian says Brighton’s home record will make it a tight encounter.

“It’ll be a difficult game, as always,” he told the Liverpool website. “There are no easy games in the Premier League.

“It’ll be another difficult game, but one where we’ll do our best to win. We have to maintain our focus and consistency to stay at the top.

“Their home record is good and that’s one of the reasons why it’ll be a difficult game. It will be tough.

“It’s a good Brighton team, so we’ll have to be at our best to try to win the game. It’ll be a great game, an excellent match, very competitive.”
