Chelsea defender David Luiz says he has no issue with playing so many games over Christmas in England and says he will still find time for family.
The Brazilian is revving up for another intense period of fixtures during the festive period, but he insists it’s not a problem for him and that he will be able to see his family from Brazil.
“I prefer to play games than train so for sure I enjoy a lot,” he told Chelseafc.com. “Sometimes I try to understand the life as a coach and I know how hard it is to think about every single one and to try to organise everything for everybody.
“Every day he has to live and breathe the oxygen of the club and to think just about this, and you cannot stop like in the other leagues where you have a week off.
“I understand his situation but now I am a player so I am going to try to get some time with my family because they came from Brazil to here and they are at home, so I am going to have some presents and some nice moments with my family because during the year they are far from me.
