Brazil will play a friendly against Uruguay at Emirates Stadium on Friday, 16 th November at 8pm. It’s Brazil’s 8 th appearance at the stadium and their first since they played Chile back in March 2015.

The Seleção will likely play another friendly in Europe on 20 th November too, with opponents and details still to be confirmed.

Brazil’s Selection Coordinator Edu Gaspar spent 4 and a half years as an Arsenal player, he told Arsenal.com, “Everyone associated with the Brazil national team is really excited about coming to play a match at Arsenal’s home.

“For me, of course this match is extra special. I have many beautiful memories of my time with Arsenal and now coming back in my capacity with Brazil will be a special moment.

“We are looking forward to the match at Emirates Stadium. Uruguay are very strong with many good players. It will be a high quality match and a very good one for the fans.”
