Chelsea defender David Luiz says he is enjoying a new lease of life under new Blues boss Maurizio Sarri. Luiz was frozen out towards the end of Antonio Conte’s tenure.
Chelsea have won their first four games under Sarri and Luiz has played in all of them. The Brazilian says he is thoroughly enjoying life under the new boss.
“First of all, he is a great person, great as a human being. I think his philosophy of living life is already great because he wants to enjoy every day, he wants to be happy and he wants to take this opportunity to start another chapter in his life.
“So, I believe in this philosophy, and after that he is a great coach. He wants to play with the ball, he wants to play with intensity, work on the details and give us all the information he can about the game.”
