Watford forward Richarlison admits that he has become frustrated with his recent form, which has culminated in him losing his place in the team.

The Brazilian started the season brilliantly at the Hornets, but has lost his way since the departure of boss Marco Silva in November.

Richarlison is without a Premier League goal since and he has admitted that his situation is getting him down.

“For sure. I had been playing. I’m one of the few players who played all the Premier League games. Unfortunately this end of the season here, I haven’t been playing. But this is with the coach, he knows the best for the team.

“So I’m happy to be here in the Premier League. My start of the season was very good, so I just have to thank God that there was no injury to me. It’s been a couple of years that I haven’t been injured, so I’m really happy about it.”

The Hornets sealed Premier League survival by beating Newcastle on Saturday, “We achieved our goal, which was to stay on the Premier League for next year. Objective fulfilled.

“Now we’re going to play against Manchester United, complete the fixtures, but surely we want to win too, because the more points the better, then we want to go up the table even more,” he told ESPN Brasil.
