Fernandinho Urges Teammates for Last Title Push
Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho has urged his teammates to finish the job in the Premier League title race on Saturday, with City needing to win the Manchester derby to confirm themselves as champions.
The Brazilian was part of the squad that won the title with the club in 2013-14 and he told his teammates to expect a fantastic feeling if they can get the job done against their city rivals at the Etihad.
Speaking about the 2014 title triumph, the 32-year old said, “I miss it because it was a long time ago. I'll be really happy for that, but especially I'll be happy for the players that are going to win it for the first time: Kyle Walker, [Raheem]Sterling, [John] Stones, Gabriel Jesus, Ederson, Danilo, etc.
"They are going to have the feeling of winning the Premier League which is one of the best championships in the world.”
