Juventus winger Douglas Costa admits that Brazil will have a hard time replacing Neymar for upcoming friendlies against Russia and Germany this week.
The PSG forward is out until May with a foot injury. Costa is tipped to take Neymar’s place against Russia in Moscow on Friday.
However, Costa is reluctant to think of himself as a direct replacement for the Seleção talisman and says that Neymar will be missed.
“Tite has not told us yet who will play, but we have lots of big names to replace Neymar, Tite will know the best player to do the job.
“It’s a difficult task, but I prefer to emphasise the group. But it will not have a huge effect because others will have the opportunity to play an important role. We have two big tests.”
