Roma goalkeeper Alisson says that it feels like the World Cup has already begun, as he arrived in Moscow for Brazil’s friendly against Russia on Friday afternoon.
The Seleção will play Russia in Moscow on Friday with temperatures at a cool -8 degrees. Alisson arrived at the team’s hotel on Sunday.
He told reporters, “It feels like the World Cup is officially starting. We have the opportunity to come to the city and experience the climate and play against the hosts.”
Russia will host this summer’s tournament and the match gives Brazil the opportunity to play in the country ahead of the Copa in June.
“It is very important to show Tite the good work we have been doing at our clubs,” Alisson continued, “It is important too to prepare for the World Cup.”Roma goalkeeper Alisson says that it feels like the World Cup has already begun, as he arrived in
