Juventus have knocked back yet another bid from Chelsea for left wing-back Alex Sandro. The Brazilian has interested The Blues all summer, as they look for someone to provide competition to Marcos Alonso.

Chelsea need to flesh out their squad, with Champions League football back on the agenda at Stamford Bridge this season and Conte’s men have made several approaches for Alex Sandro this summer.

However, having lost Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci this summer, the Old Lady is not inclined to sell. Juve boss Max Allegri emphatically ruled out a transfer earlier this month, but that does not seem to have stopped Chelsea from submitting a bid.

Juve club director Beppe Marotta has revealed that the club have knocked back another approach from the Premier League champions, thought to be in the region of £60m, “He said he wants to stay here. So we sent the offers right back where they came from.”
