Real Madrid’s Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva had made some demands to Olympique de Marseille when he was loaned by the Spanish club to the French team in 2015.
The contract of the former player of Cruzeiro was disclosed by the website Football Leaks. Among the various clauses of the contract, there included a request for an Audi Q7, same car model that Lucas Silva used in Spain, a mansion in Marseille with a monthly rent of €7,000 and the monthly payment of his private trainer, around €15,000. The website also revealed that Real Madrid has established a release of €500 million in the contract of the Brazilian. Lucas Silva left Brazil as one of the major names of the two-time national champion Cruzeiro. In Europe, however, he couldn’t repeat the success. Lucas was loaned out by Real Madrid shortly after his arrival from Cruzeiro, but he had a disappointing spell at Marseille. The 23-year-old was not in the plans of coach Zinédine Zidane earlier this season, and had been released to join Portuguese club Sporting on loan. The player’s medical tests in Portugal detected some heart problems and the transfer to Sporting did not materialise. After the incident, Real Madrid began a series of detailed tests and started to monitor him in activities at the club, and was later cleared.
