Chelsea midfielder Oscar has spoken about his fondness for Brazil in an interview with the Chelsea website. The Brazilian took part in an interview focusing especially on his homeland with the Chelsea official website.

He admits that he will probably move back to Brazil when he retires, but says he is very settled in London, "When I finish playing I want to rest for a while and then decide what I want to do. I’m sure at some point I will go back to Brazil as all of my family are there but I really like London as well so it’s hard to say.

"My favourite place is my home city of Americana. It’s a small city in Sao Paolo and I feel very happy when I’m there and with all of my friends and family. I want to visit the north because there are a lot of places there which I haven’t seen and it’s very nice, in particular Natal and Fortaleza.

"Everybody in Brazil is very friendly and welcoming and, for me, I have all of my family and friends there so it’s very special. [The first time I left Brazil] was also the first time I came to England. I was only 15 and I came to play in a tournament in Manchester so it was a great experience for me."
