Lucas Lima sleeps for three hours, trains and should start for Santos against Internacional
Santos playmaker Lucas Lima did not play in Tuesday's FIFA World Cup qualifier against Colombia and so decided to return to his club as soon as possible.
On a chartered flight, Lucas Lima slept for around three hours, came to Santos in the morning and was present for the training session. After a brief conversation with Santos coach Dorival Júnior, it was defined that the number 10 would be starting against Internacional, on Thursday, at the Estádio Beira-Rio. Lucas Lima said: "He asked if I was okay, and I said I could play. Unfortunately I did not play for the national team, but did hard training and must keep a good pace. I'm crazy to play for Santos. I'm ready. I will rest today [Wednesday] and make a good start tomorrow. The trip was a little long, boring, but I decided to train. I'm ready, yes."
