According to Spanish media, Barcelona are believed to be interested in Grêmio’s 23-year-old striker Luan.
The president of Grêmio, Romildo Bolzan Júnior, said in an interview with Rádio Gaúcha that he doesn’t want to sell Luan, who’s currently with the Brazilian national team preparing for the Olympic Games. Romildo said there hasn’t been any proposal from the Catalan club for Luan and demonstrated that the player will not be sold on the cheap. Romildo said: “Grêmio have the federative rights and we know absolutely nothing about whether there is something regarding the sale of Luan. There is no official voice of an interested club or a representative of the player. In light of this, Grêmio do not want to sell the player, and if there’s a proposal, it should only be for a value that Grêmio thinks for the player.”
