Reports in Italy and in London’s Evening Standard suggest that Inter Milan have been given the green light to make a £30m offer for Chelsea playmaker Oscar. The Brazilian is reportedly not part of new manager Antonio Conte’s plans.

Oscar was omitted from Brazil’s Copa América squad this summer due to ongoing concerns over his form and the player has been continually linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus over his Chelsea career.

Inter Milan, backed by a new Chinese consortium, have reportedly expressed an interest which Chelsea are receptive to. The player also removed mention of Chelsea from his twitter bio this week, fuelling speculation that he is about to move to Italy.

Oscar played in Chelsea’s 3-2 friendly defeat to Real Madrid, but Antonio Conte appears not to have impressed with Oscar, who joined Chelsea from Internacional in 2012. Inter and Chelsea will reportedly agree on a deal worth £30m for the transfer.
