Brazilian attacking midfielder Kaká tops the list of the highest-paid players in Major League Soccer, in the United States.
According to the list published by the organization, the former World Player of the Year is the highest earner in the country, and will be paid $7.16 million in 2016 by his club Orlando City. The Brazilian is followed by former Juventus attacker Sebastian Giovinco, currently at Toronto FC. Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard [$6.13 million] is fourth on the list, while former Chelsea man Frank Lampard [$6 million] comes fifth.
