Brazilian national team goalkeeper Álisson would"ve played his final match for Internacional on Sunday against Chapecoense.
Álisson, who has been at Internacional since he was a kid, has been sold to AS Roma, and he should present himself to the Italian club in July, after the Copa América Centenário in the United States. Álisson should travel to Italy this week to undergo his medical examinations, and is very unlikely to play against São Paulo next Sunday. Álisson, who also had an offer from Juventus, also said that he takes inspiration from World Cup winners Buffon and Manuel Neuer.
He said: “Here [at Inter] I was always very well served. I have a few goalkeeping coaches as references out there, but I know the Italian school is a very good school. One of the goalkeepers who has inspired me is Buffon, he is a legend. I"ve talked to some goalkeepers, Diego Alves himself, who"s been playing abroad since a long time. He already gave some tips. It is always good to seek information, but I hope to adapt as quickly as possible."
He added: “There are many goalkeepers who have done a good job, and Brazilian football also has great goalkeepers, but one that I really like is Manuel Neuer, who has stood out in recent years."
