David Elias was among the starters for São Paulo when their U15 team won the Copa Votorantim in January.
The boy recently signed a training contract with the club and now goes through a treatment similar to that of Lionel Messi, to gain weight and body mass. Fan of Ronaldinho, the young midfielder hopes to build a long history with the club.
David undergoes treatment in a private clinic in São Paulo. He’s under the care of a Pediatrician, and the boy hopes to gain mass as soon as possible in order to improve his erformances on the field. Early in his career, Lionel Messi also underwent a similar procedure, as the Argentine boy had hormonal problems that stunt his growth. David Elias, who recently turned 15, has a training contract which runs until 2020 but there’s the possibility of signing a professional bond in January 2017. The player’s staff ensures that he is on the radar of four European clubs, and despite being approved during a trial at Barcelona last year, he opted to remain in Brazil to sign with São Paulo.
