Currently, the economic rights of Clayton are divided between Eduardo Uram [20%], Figueirense [15%], Jorge Machado [30%] and Banco BMG [35%]. The idea of Corinthians is to acquire 100% of the rights, while Atlético intends to buy 50% of the attacker"s rights and both clubs hope to seal a deal today. Atlético and Corinthians have submitted their squads for the group stages of this year"s Copa Libertadores, and even if signed, Clayton wouldn"t be available for the first six games.
